The “Monocultivar Coratina” extra virgin olive oil is obtained only from Coratina variety olives from the estates of the Azienda Agricola Bisceglia. Created after a careful selection of olives harvested strictly during the first days of October and milled in the day, it is 100% Italian. Among the most widespread varieties in Puglia, Coratina, is known for its high content of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants famous for their health contribution on the cardiovascular system. “Monocultivar Coratina” extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a strong fruity scent, with a spicy aftertaste and a bitter finish.
