It is excellent for embellishing dishes such as salads, fish and vegetables but also for natural tastings.
The “Monocultivar Ogliarola” extra virgin olive oil is obtained only from Ogliarola variety olives from the estates of the Azienda Agricola Bisceglia. A delicate variety, 100% Italian, created by a careful selection of olives harvested rigorously during the first days of October and pressed during the day. The “Monocultivar Ogliarola” is among the most widespread varieties in Puglia, fruity to the nose and balanced to the taste, perfectly harmonic and pleasant. This variety, ideal for the most refined palates, goes perfectly with fish, seafood, shellfish, white meats, delicate dishes and bitter vegetables.
