The Oil Museum is a real treasure trove of centuries-old customs and habits of the Apulian country life. Created to house the documents and furnishings of the life of the mill, the Museum is located inside the Agritourism Giorgio and is housed in a structure adjacent to the rooms used for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The agrimuseo, which can also be visited by a dedicated guide, contains all the ancient equipment related to the cultivation of the olive tree, from harvesting to milling, from traditional oil containers to the tools of domestic life in the past.
