When the Gargano was still a land not tamed by man and the large white stones were mixed with the brown of the earth and the green woods, Frantoio Bisceglia was already dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the creation of extra virgin olive oil. We are in 1857 and from that date until today the farm has been transformed and evolved according to the times and technologies, but only one thing has not changed: the passion for quality. Today the Frantoio, which is located in the agritourism Giorgio, is a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with the latest technologies in the sector, with new-concept, continuous-cycle mills, to produce an excellent quality cold-pressed and 100% Italian product. Innovation is accompanied by the traditional knowledge of morning olive cultivation, a mix of current and secular knowledge that lead to the creation of a unique extra virgin olive oil.
