The extra virgin olive oil “Monocultivar Peranzana” is obtained only from Peranzana variety olives from the estates of the Azienda Agricola Bisceglia, a low acidity Apulian variety characterized by a mild, light and delicate character and a fruity, decisive and enveloping taste. In the kitchen it can be used both raw and cooked.
The “Monocultivar Peranzana” extra virgin olive oil is obtained using only Peranzana variety olives from the estates of the Azienda Agricola Bisceglia. A 100% Italian variety obtained from the meticulous selection of olives picked exclusively in the early days of October and pressed in the day, characterized by a fruity, decisive and enveloping taste, perfectly balanced in bitter and spicy components. The “Monocultivar Peranzana” is thus a multipurpose variety, suitable for flavoring legume soups, bruschetta, salads as well as fish and white meat dishes.
